Oando Energy Resources Corporate Campaign

The brief was to create an Advertising Campaign to generate awareness for Oando Energy Resources’ milestone achievement of the billion-dollar acquisition of ConocoPhillips Nigerian assets. The aim was to celebrate the feat, increase brand equity, demonstrate strength, growth and superior business strategies and endear the company for future investment and financing programmes.


In this rendition, worker ants are seen to form the map of Africa. The headline also plays up the word “Major”, being a title used to describe the world’s five or six largest publicly owned oil and gas companies such as BP Plc, Chevron Corporation, ExxonMobil Corporation, Royal Dutch Shell Plc and Total SA, with ConocoPhillips also sometimes described as forming part of the group.
